About the Role

• Perform service, repairs, and inspections on commercial, industrial, and residential sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, and fire pumps. • Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures, consult technical manuals, and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, and schematics. • Electronically complete service requests with proper coding and obtain customer signatures. • Participate in a scheduled on‑call rotation.

What You Bring

• Minimum 4 years experience in fire sprinkler/pipefitter industry with a TQP license or eligibility. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and product manuals. • High school diploma or equivalent; capable of lifting/moving equipment 50‑70 lb and working in difficult positions. • Valid driver’s license with a clean record; pass pre‑employment background and drug test. • NICET Level II desired but not required.
