About the Role

The analyst will monitor program KPIs, drive process improvements, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Candidates who enjoy turning data into meaningful action in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment will thrive. • Mine and consolidate data from various systems, databases, and spreadsheets. • Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends and uncover actionable insights. • Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards. • Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate program performance to key stakeholders. • Monitor KPIs and program health metrics across strategic customer portfolios. • Provide insight‑driven recommendations to support program and business decisions. • Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks tied to operational execution and customer outcomes. • Identify opportunities for process optimization using data‑driven evaluation. • Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement process improvements. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that advance operational and customer excellence. • Work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Operations, and Customer Care teams to align on program objectives and data needs. • Support the development and execution of management plans for strategic customer programs. • Serve as a trusted analytical partner to program leadership.

What You Bring

• Experience supporting program or project operations. • Understanding of program management or customer delivery environments. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively. • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Operations, or a related field. • Experience with analytics tools or collaborative work‑management platforms such as Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insight. • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling. • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
