About the Role

In this role you will oversee two to five global NPD/VAVE/PLS projects simultaneously, guiding them through all stages—from ideation and market study through feasibility, development, validation, launch, and post‑launch measurement—using a structured stage‑gate framework. You will coach teams in the Customer Focused Innovation (CFI) process, prepare comprehensive project plans, and facilitate gate exits. Coordination of cross‑functional stakeholders will be crucial to meet exit commitments, while you maintain overall responsibility for scope, budget, schedule, and risk mitigation. You will act as the single point of contact for each project, communicating status, escalating issues, and protecting critical paths to ensure timely delivery. By applying rigorous problem‑solving techniques such as 5 Whys, 8D, and fishbone analysis, you will develop countermeasures and enforce scope‑change policies. Visual management dashboards and other planning tools will be used to reinforce accountability and clarify ownership across the organization. • Manage multiple global NPD/VAVE/PLS initiatives concurrently via a stage‑gate methodology. • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve gate‑exit milestones and budget targets. • Serve as the primary liaison for each project, providing status updates and issue escalation. • Identify and resolve critical‑path risks, applying rapid corrective actions when needed. • Utilize problem‑solving frameworks (5 Whys, 8D, fishbone) to develop effective countermeasures. • Deploy visual management tools to monitor progress and reinforce accountability.
