Workplace Services Collaboration Engineer/Technical Specialist

About the Role

The incumbent will design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, while leading migrations from on‑premises systems to the cloud. Responsibilities also include developing governance, security, and compliance policies, providing advanced troubleshooting, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, monitoring performance, and managing licensing to ensure cost‑effective utilization. • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive). • Lead on‑premises to M365 migrations with minimal business disruption. • Develop and enforce M365 governance, security, and compliance policies. • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for M365 issues. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate M365 with enterprise applications. • Monitor, optimize, and ensure high availability of M365 performance. • Manage M365 licensing and subscriptions for cost‑effective utilization. • Automate tasks using advanced PowerShell scripting. • Administer on‑premise Exchange Server (installation, configuration, upgrades) and hybrid environments. • Perform migrations using Quest OnDemand, BitTitan, Sharegate, and synchronize directories to Office 365. • Configure Teams administration, app management, policies, and third‑party integrations. • Implement high‑availability and security solutions (DLP, ATP, DKIM, DMARC, SPF). • Administer Power Platform environments (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

What You Bring

Technical expertise required includes advanced PowerShell scripting, deep Exchange Server administration, and experience with migration tools like Quest OnDemand, BitTitan, and Sharegate. The role also demands strong knowledge of Teams administration, high‑availability solutions, security frameworks (DKIM, DMARC, SPF), compliance tools (DLP, ATP), and administration of Power Platform environments. Candidates should have 7‑10 years of IT experience, particularly with on‑premise to Office 365 cloud migrations, and a solid grasp of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and PowerShell. Strong project leadership, communication skills, and fluency in both German and English are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. • 7‑10 years IT experience with on‑premise to O365 cloud solutions. • Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC and PowerShell. • Ability to lead large, complex projects and communicate effectively. • Fluent in German and English.
