About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Analyst to support data analysis and reporting for projects. The analyst will collect and analyse project data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and will monitor project milestones, budgets and deliverables. They will also prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders and share monthly project review responsibilities with Operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring project costs according to the FCM, performing actual‑vs‑budget analysis and forecasting, and proposing improvement actions. The analyst will maintain the revenue plan in SAP OBL, keep documentation in SharePoint for GRCM, and monitor cash‑collection progress through weekly meetings. Additional duties involve participating in month‑end closing activities, cost‑center postings, using reporting tools, attending value‑chain team meetings, and coordinating yearly audits with the finance team. • Monitor project costs per FCM and track HV&GI projects via cockpit. • Perform actual‑vs‑budget analysis, generate forecasts, and recommend corrective actions. • Maintain overall revenue plan and PGSV alignment in SAP OBL. • Keep project documentation organized in SharePoint for GRCM compliance. • Monitor weekly cash‑collection progress and follow up with stakeholders. • Participate in month‑end closing activities (28th‑7th of each month) and ensure accurate cost‑center postings. • Utilize company reporting tools and Power BI to create dashboards and reports. • Attend value‑chain team meetings and contribute to monthly project reviews. • Coordinate yearly audits in collaboration with the finance team. • Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations and uphold safety and integrity values. • Request reasonable accommodation for disabilities through Hitachi Energy’s accessibility process.
