Job Description: Lead the execution of experiments, tests, and prototype assembly to drive product development and enhancement. Apply advanced data analysis techniques to provide strategic insights for product refinement and improvement. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include providing technical leadership and expertise to junior technicians, serving as a subject matter expert in specific engineering disciplines. The role plans, designs, and executes complex tests, experiments, and analysis procedures on equipment, systems, and prototypes, ensuring thorough evaluation and validation of performance and functionality. It also analyzes, interprets, and synthesizes test data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations to engineering teams. Additional responsibilities involve diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, managing advanced instrumentation and equipment, and preparing comprehensive technical reports and presentations. What You Bring
Job Qualifications require a two‑year HVAC degree from a technical school, 7‑10 years of HVAC industry experience, and EPA 608 and A2L certification.
