About the Role

The position performs advanced technical and engineering problem‑solving to support nuclear plant operations, making critical technical decisions and applying detailed knowledge of industry codes and regulations. • Provide advanced technical/engineering solutions for nuclear plant operations. • Develop, manage, and implement engineering analyses, activities, and programs. • Identify and resolve equipment and system problems through direct consultation. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely configuration management of engineering work. • Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses for regulatory projects. • Recommend equipment, concepts, and techniques to improve performance and reduce costs.

What You Bring

Candidates must meet minimum qualifications that include relevant engineering or technical education combined with industry experience, and must satisfy access and medical requirements. Preferred qualifications add professional engineering licensure, advanced degrees, and specialized experience in design, fuel handling, rigging, work planning, supervision, and P6 scheduling. • Travel 10–50% of the time, including visits to other Constellation Clean Energy Centers. • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline with 5 years industry experience (or equivalent education‑experience combinations). • Minimum: Access clearance and favorable medical examination as required for the role. • Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) certification and/or advanced technical degree. • Preferred: Experience in design engineering, fuel handling, lifting/rigging, work planning, supervision, and P6 scheduling.
