About the Role

The Property Manager will deliver an experiential, differentiated property‑management approach that enhances care and business outcomes. Responsibilities span property operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, leasing support, marketing, accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting. In this leadership position you will guide a team, ensure client and tenant satisfaction, prepare budgets and financial statements, and oversee tenant‑improvement and capital‑improvement projects. Strong written and verbal communication with building owners and tenants is essential for maintaining successful relationships. • Provide direct management oversight of industrial properties to maximize NOI and asset value • Oversee operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, and leasing support • Manage marketing, accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting • Prepare budgets, financial statements, and supervise tenant‑improvement and capital‑improvement projects • Lead and develop a property‑management team while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture • Apply new technology and data analytics to drive operational change and efficiency

Required skills include strong financial acumen, experience with budgets and CAM reconciliations, familiarity with building systems and lease administration, a California Real Estate License within six months, and proficiency in a property‑management platform such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least three years of commercial property‑management experience • Demonstrate strong financial acumen, including budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting • Possess familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, and documentation • Obtain a California Real Estate License within six months of hire • Experience using Yardi, Kardin, or MRI property‑management platforms • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication and relationship‑building skills
