About the Role
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and projects • Learn and support the Johnson Controls Manufacturing System (JCMS) maturity model • Optimize daily production support through capacity management, scheduling analysis, and cycle‑time evaluation • Support supplier selection and evaluation processes • Take ownership of and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) • Maintain reports to ensure material availability on the manufacturing floor • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste

What You Bring
• Excel in production scheduling, materials requirement planning, and supplier coordination • Willingness to relocate to a different plant every six months (relocation costs covered) • Relevant work, internship, extracurricular, or project experience in manufacturing, operations, or logistics • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Recent graduate (within 2 years) or full‑time student graduating between December 2023 and May 2026 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel • Strong interpersonal, decision‑making, and communication skills • U.S. citizen or permanent resident (no sponsorship available)
