About the Role
The role supports a large, primarily office‑focused property portfolio, providing day‑to‑day assistance for residential and development projects while collaborating with all Property Management Teams. The position aims to increase knowledge sharing, drive efficiencies, and lessen the workload of individual property management teams across the portfolio. • Oversee communication, implementation, and training of new platforms (Yardi, Monday.com, Dropbox, JLL Asset Beacon, Argus). • Manage and train a remote part‑time junior analyst. • Develop detailed Excel models and efficiency tools using macros and pivot tables. • Administer deal management in Yardi Deal Manager from analysis through legal negotiation to execution. • Provide full admin support for Yardi as a subject‑matter expert and lead the core team. • Prepare lender reporting, including quarterly reports, DSCR/DY calculations, scenario and cash‑flow analyses, and client reporting. • Facilitate Asset Management and Property Management communication during budgeting and reforecasting, reviewing and correcting submissions. • Research, analyze, and propose new software platforms, conducting cost‑benefit analysis and system testing. • Compile, record, and analyze portfolio data and statistics. • Create, review, modify, and maintain SOPs and AI agents for team communication. • Attend leasing meetings, document detailed notes, action items, and follow‑up tasks. • Support the creation of marketing materials. • Produce monthly cycle reports and ad‑hoc reporting as needed. • Identify efficient property processes, develop templates and data collection tools. • Write executive‑level memos on proposed initiatives. • Assist the Portfolio Asset Manager in enhancing efficiency, collaboration, communication, and tenant retention. • Provide administrative support to the Asset Manager and other portfolio team members.

What You Bring
Candidates are expected to have prior real‑estate analyst experience, a bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field, and strong proficiency with MS Office; Argus experience is highly preferred. Strong independent work habits, meticulous organization, and excellent written communication are essential for success. • Prior real‑estate analyst experience (preferred; non‑senior roles considered without). • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or real estate (preferred). • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office. • Argus experience strongly preferred. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training. • Strong time‑management, organization, and detail‑orientation skills. • Excellent proofreading, editing, and written communication abilities. • Excellent interpersonal skills.
