About the Role
The Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter role designs and erects various scaffolds, acting as a mentor and coach for Scaffold E&D Carpenters. The Lead Carpenter works with tools, collaborates with an E&D Foreman, and ensures safe, effective crew management on site. • Design and erect various scaffold systems • Lead and coach Scaffold E&D Carpenters on site • Ensure compliance with OSHA scaffold regulations and load limits

What You Bring
Required experience includes at least two years as a Scaffold E&D Carpenter (or equivalent) and the ability to work safely at heights. Trade school is preferred but not required; bilingual ability is a plus. Candidates must understand OSHA scaffold regulations and the various scaffold materials to avoid exceeding load limits. • Minimum two years of Scaffold E&D Carpentry experience or equivalent • Ability to work safely at considerable heights and lift 40+ pounds • Trade school education preferred; bilingual ability a plus

Base pay ranges from $18.99 to $23.74, varying by location, education, training, and experience.
