About the Role
• Act as primary point of contact with internal and external customers, providing frequent, specific project updates • Accountable for assigned projects from concept to completion, managing schedules and margins • Interpret customer specifications and deliver designs that meet quality and schedule requirements • Ensure a quality drawing package is released to manufacturing • Create BOMs, maintain schedules, and update QC forms • Identify and implement product and process improvements • Conduct customer visits, traveling approximately 10% of the time • Maintain strong attention to detail

What You Bring
• Work safely in and around energized electrical enclosures • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or an Associate’s degree with a Utility Systems Certificate (or equivalent experience) • Possess 1–3 years of related engineering, co‑op, or internship experience, or five years on a Systems Control project management team • Understand the company’s product offerings and customer needs • Have basic knowledge of AC and DC circuits • Be able to read schematics and wiring diagrams • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills • Apply proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities
