About the Role
The Advisory Consultant supports clients on strategic organisational challenges, providing insight and guidance to drive transformation. This role works across regions and collaborates with internal specialists to deliver effective outcomes. • Shape change and transformation plans to align with business cases and organisational objectives. • Lead day‑to‑day advisory work, managing delivery priorities and client relationships. • Apply strategic analysis to complex problems and present persuasive alternatives. • Collaborate with delivery teams across the UK, UAE, and USA and liaise with internal experts in programme management, economics, procurement, engineering and architecture. • Advise executive leadership, facilitate workshops and produce high‑quality outputs. • Work on client sites in the UK and UAE as required. • Support and develop junior team members to build future change‑management capability.

Trusted relationships, collaborative problem‑solving and bespoke solutions are at the core of how we work. • Experience working with public‑sector clients and exposure to private‑sector environments. • Proven ability to build trusted relationships in complex, multi‑partner stakeholder settings. • Experience designing, delivering and tracking behavioural change or transformation initiatives. • Understanding of business strategy, governance, capability mapping, capital programme delivery and operating model design. • Strong facilitation and communication skills across seniority levels, both in‑person and virtually. • Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams in fast‑paced, creative environments.
