Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers' storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include unit inspections, cash drawer audits, bank deposits, and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Independently manage multiple storage locations, both indoor and outdoor • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing supplies • Perform daily unit inspections, cash drawer audits, and bank deposits • Conduct payment collection calls and maintain customer account status • Execute cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior curb appeal • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk/stand outdoors up to 50 % of shift, climb stairs, open large doors

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift and move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to half the shift walking in outdoor environments, climbing stairs and opening large doors. Cleaning and routine maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining curb appeal are also expected.
