About the Role
The role may include SOX control responsibilities where applicable, and candidates should be aware that the recruitment process involves no fees. • Produce accurate, comprehensive cost estimates and cost plans for infrastructure projects efficiently and independently. • Manage and control the estimating process at the project level. • Deliver estimates without direct supervision while adhering to best‑practice standards. • Contribute to the development and promotion of estimating best practices within the firm. • Support departmental objectives and stay current on technical developments to provide expert advice.

What You Bring
• Hold high‑standard qualifications in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven large‑project experience. • Demonstrated experience using estimating software packages. • Membership of a relevant chartered professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB) or working towards chartered status; RICS/CIOB membership desirable.
