About the Role

The Sales Executive will expand strategic relationships with existing CRE‑lending clients and high‑potential prospects, helping lenders make smarter decisions using CoStar’s premium data and insights. Success depends on a high‑performance culture that rewards ambition, collaboration, and a relentless focus on client outcomes. • Identify and close new SaaS, data, and information sales opportunities for commercial real‑estate lenders. • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with CRE lending clients, ensuring service excellence and expansion opportunities. • Travel within assigned territory to meet prospects and clients face‑to‑face, fostering trust and partnership. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and field sales teams to align on client goals and deliver seamless execution. • Develop deep expertise in CoStar Debt Solutions and the CRE lending market to act as a trusted advisor. • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and demos through closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.

What You Bring
