About the Role

This role is remote within an assigned sales territory. As a District Sales Manager, you will drive growth and maintain business by leveraging pre-engineered metal building expertise, professional communication, and selling skills to meet annual targets. You will develop strategic relationships with customers and prospects, acting as a trusted advisor through consultative selling and collaborative engagement. • Meet and exceed sales and growth goals for your assigned territory. • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers to expand territory growth. • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, effectively moving them through the sales cycle. • Input and maintain accurate records in CRM in accordance with company guidelines. • Establish and maintain high-level, strategic relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

What You Bring
