About the Role

The Regional Sales Director (Thermal) for EMEA Data Centre Solutions leads the sales strategy across the region, focusing on key data centre customers such as hyperscalers and colocation providers. Operating within a global POD structure, the role manages a team of technical sales specialists delivering tailored thermal solutions for complex data centre requirements. Core responsibilities include developing and executing customer‑driven sales strategies, uncovering new market opportunities, and accurately forecasting and managing sales performance. The director is accountable for secured growth, profitability, demand planning, and ensuring high‑quality customer engagement across regions. • Lead EMEA sales strategy for thermal data centre solutions targeting hyperscalers and colocation providers. • Develop and execute customer‑focused sales plans while identifying new market opportunities. • Accurately forecast, manage sales performance, and ensure profitability and demand planning. • Oversee a team of technical sales specialists, driving capability development and solution leadership. • Maintain strong customer relationships, support negotiations, and expand key accounts. • Collaborate with Global Products, Operations, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Portfolio teams.
