About the Role
• Lead assigned projects to deliver outputs on budget, on time, and to quality standards. • Determine client requirements, conduct site surveys, and produce calculations, cost estimates, specifications, and drawings. • Organise tender documents and evaluate tenders and contracts. • Develop and mentor junior staff. • Liaise continually with clients to meet expectations and address concerns. • Identify business development opportunities and understand client objectives. • Produce quality project outputs, monitor scope changes, and ensure design work is resourced, reviewed, and programmed.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • Possess approximately 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in water infrastructure. • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills.
