About the Role
The role is for a Construction Project Manager based in AECOM’s Dublin office, responsible for leading project coordination, managing design consultants, and ensuring effective communication of design acceptance and changes to contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead coordination of project interfaces throughout the lifecycle. • Maintain Responsible/Accountable/Consulted/Informed (RACI) task tracker and monthly risk register. • Coordinate design consultants and external service providers. • Organise design review meetings and communicate design acceptance to the contractor. • Communicate design changes to project team members and impacted stakeholders. • Produce monthly reports on tasks and construction progress. • Identify and implement improvements to project management procedures and templates. • Apply performance management techniques and manage change control processes. • Manage flow of project information between the team and client via meetings and written communications. • Document best‑practice construction project management policies and standards. • Review and accept programme submissions under NEC contracts. • Issue ECC documents and act in the spirit of mutual trust and cooperation. • Manage compensation events, ensuring timely notification and fair contractor compensation.

What You Bring
• Hold a postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying. • Pursuing Chartered status with SCSI, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or EI; APM affiliation is a benefit. • Demonstrated experience in primary infrastructure markets.
