About the Role
The Service Supervisor will lead daily fire and life‑safety service operations, supervise field teams and local franchise owners, and travel to customer sites. This role includes instructing and training both new and existing technicians as well as clerical and dispatch staff, ensuring service quality and compliance across all activities. Key duties involve driving revenue through new bookings and profitability, maintaining high customer satisfaction by managing communications and resolving complaints, improving productivity with performance metrics and motivation tools, and enforcing corporate safety programs and training. The supervisor must also identify safety hazards and coordinate corrective actions with the corporate safety office. • Oversee daily fire/life‑safety service operations and supervise field teams and franchise owners • Train new and existing technicians, clerical, and dispatch personnel • Manage revenue targets, new bookings, profitability, and market potential • Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve service/collection issues • Enforce corporate safety programs and conduct thorough safety training

What You Bring
Candidates should demonstrate strong supervisory and leadership abilities, including training, team building, presentation, and negotiation skills. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related experience and 5‑10 years in an integrated systems sales/service environment are required, along with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel regionally, including nights and weekends.
