About the Role
• Perform specific and moderate portions of broader engineering assignments. • Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established procedures. • Conduct detailed or routine engineering tasks involving calculations and simple tests. • Propose solutions to new problems by modifying standard procedures or previous methods. • Execute work within agreed budget and schedule with minimal supervision. • Independently complete primary design elements for engineering works.

What You Bring
• Hold a Master of Engineering (or equivalent) degree from an accredited institution. • Possess 10‑14 years of relevant experience in a GDC‑type environment. • Experience with retail and hospitality medium to large projects. • Well‑versed in ASHRAE, CIBSE and NFPA standards and regulations. • Experience on commercial, residential, datacenter and infrastructure projects across the Middle East, USA, Canada and ANZ regions. • Familiarity with International Fire Codes such as NFPA and ME Codes. • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. • Strong knowledge of energy modeling software (e.g., eQUEST, EnergyPlus, IES‑VE).
