About the Role

The Regional Manager role is a pivotal senior management position at ATI, responsible for the overall operations of assigned ATI office(s), including operations, sales, finances, and administration. Regional Managers also handle the collection of all accounts receivable balances across the assigned office(s). The Regional Manager directly manages Office Project Directors, Project Managers, and Office administrative staff. • Manage overall office operations, including expansion, project and staff management, marketing, sales, and finances. • Oversee profit and loss for assigned offices. • Take responsibility for office accounts receivable and meet or exceed target Days Sales Outstanding. • Ensure payment schedules are established for all jobs, especially large loss projects, maintaining consistency. • Monitor project directors' accounts receivable status continuously. • Mitigate aging A/R risks and collaborate with Collections and Legal departments. • Develop and promote the ATI brand within the office. • Ensure quality construction, environmental, and restoration standards are applied. • Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies, hospitals, property managers, general contractors, and other clients. • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations. • Hire, train, and develop staff. • Participate in industry associations and attend local and regional events regularly. • Proactively plan to prevent problems and resolve emerging risks.

What You Bring

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. • At least 5 years of management experience; managing teams across multiple sites is preferred. • Experience working with insurance adjusters is preferred. • Familiarity with the construction management process is a plus. • IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD, CDS, OCT, FSRT) are a plus. • Current General Contractor License preferred, or ability to obtain one shortly after hire. • Strong communication and relationship skills. • Solid business acumen. • Proficient in reading and interpreting financial statements. • Ability to exercise judgment and act independently. • Capability to plan and see the "big picture". • Competent in conflict management. • Strong leadership and human resources management skills. • Excellent time and project management abilities. • Strong multitasking skills. • Ability to work well under pressure.
