About the Role
The Senior Information Systems Security Manager will provide system authorization support, risk management, business continuity expertise, threat detection, incident response, auditing, vulnerability management, and security documentation for intelligence data management and analysis capabilities. • Coordinate and manage cybersecurity assessment & authorization (A&A) activities to achieve Authorization to Operate for IT hardware, software, and connectivity. • Maintain system accreditation per DoDI 8510.01 (RMF) through scanning, auditing, and authoring security documentation. • Analyze, design, and integrate complex software applications and collaboration infrastructures. • Participate in change management, reviewing change requests and assessing security impacts. • Create and sustain implementation design docs, security documentation, SOPs, and guide POA&M updates. • Inform leadership of any roadblocks or concerns affecting system authorization status.

The position is based in Dayton, OH, with a standard work schedule, approximately 10% travel, and requires an active TS/SCI clearance. • Required: BS in information systems or related field, 9+ years cybersecurity/IT experience, CISSP, TS/SCI clearance. • Required knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, Cisco IOS/NX‑OS, client/server/networking, and cloud security standards. • Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC). • Desired: Advanced degree, recent ISSM experience, software development (Java, Python, Ruby, C++), Linux expertise (RHEL/CentOS), experience with static code analysis tools (Fortify, SonarQube) and cloud/container security tools.
