About the Role

The selected engineer will perform site development engineering and project management for a variety of land development projects, handling civil design, permitting, hydrology modeling, storm drainage, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. Additional duties include research, coordination, staff management, cost estimating, preparing bid packages and technical specifications, and receiving on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactions. • Perform site development engineering and project management for land development projects. • Complete civil design, permitting, hydrology modeling, storm drainage, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D tasks. • Conduct research, coordinate efforts, manage staff, estimate costs, and prepare bid packages and technical specifications.
