About the Role
The executive will be responsible for maintaining and servicing all elevators and escalators within a defined geographic territory. This includes planning and executing routine maintenance visits, responding promptly to breakdowns, and performing both minor and major repairs to keep the equipment running smoothly. Direct on‑site interaction with customers is essential to build strong working relationships. • Perform 100% of elevator/escalator maintenance and service visits in the assigned territory. • Manage the portfolio of units within a defined geographic area. • Respond quickly to breakdowns, aiming for first‑time fix. • Conduct minor and major repairs to maintain continuous operation. • Liaise directly with customers on‑site to build strong relationships.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a Diploma or BE in Engineering and have three to five years of hands‑on experience in the elevator service industry. They must possess solid electrical engineering skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proactive, result‑oriented mindset with a strong commitment to safety. Familiarity with electronic and digital tools and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are also required. • Hold a Diploma or BE in Engineering. • Have 3–5 years of experience in elevator service. • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Possess good knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering. • Comfortable using electronic and digital tools; able to work alone or in a team.
