What You Bring
• Require 8+ years of experience in the home improvement industry • Require 5+ years of management or supervisory experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage and inspect quality of employee or subcontractor installations • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools (i360, Salesforce) • Valid driver's license
