About the Role
The role involves supporting and mentoring System Integrator, Wholesaler and OEM sales teams to achieve revenue and margin targets, implementing strategic sales plans, leading coaching and performance management, and overseeing technical support engineers to deliver a customer‑focused solution for EasyIO, Metasys, WebEasy and key OEM customers. The manager will expand the strategic partner footprint, engage with wholesalers to promote Johnson Controls peripherals, and identify industry influencers to drive product adoption. Key duties include analysing market opportunities to increase share, hiring and developing the sales team while ensuring strong CRM usage, onboarding system integrators, managing key accounts, monitoring competitor activity, collaborating with wholesalers across the field device range, and handling the full bid process from enquiry through negotiation to order receipt. • Support and mentor SI, wholesaler and OEM sales teams to meet revenue and margin targets. • Implement strategic sales plans, coaching, performance management and oversee technical support engineers. • Expand strategic partner footprint and engage wholesalers to promote Johnson Controls peripherals. • Identify and onboard system integrators for EasyIO and peripheral products. • Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term relationships. • Monitor competitor activity to strengthen market position. • Lead the full bid process from enquiry through negotiation to order receipt.

What You Bring
Sales Manager – London or Midlands (Hybrid). Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow the EasyIO Neo portfolio and strengthen the UK partner network. The ideal candidate has at least five years of successful sales experience, strong leadership and decision‑making abilities, solid commercial awareness and technical knowledge of BMS or peripherals, and a customer‑focused, proactive approach. Excellent communication and organisational skills, self‑motivation, the ability to work independently or collaboratively, and willingness to travel are also required. • Minimum five years of proven sales experience. • Demonstrated leadership, sound decision‑making and collaborative approach. • Strong commercial awareness and technical understanding of BMS or peripherals. • Customer‑focused with excellent communication and organisational skills. • Self‑motivated, able to work independently or collaboratively, and willing to travel.
