About the Role

The administrator will coordinate production activities, including organizing and planning Coalville main build kits and fabricated components, and counting finished goods. They will plan fabrications shortages from the Cookstown road site and the Paint shop area, and manage docket receipt and record collection. Supporting quality‑control procedures and ensuring safety compliance are also key responsibilities. Administrative duties involve accurately inputting and maintaining production records, logs, and reports, as well as monitoring progress and preparing status reports for management. The role also manages meeting schedules, production timelines, and both digital and hard‑copy filing systems. Additionally, the administrator prepares correspondence, presentations, acts as the point of contact for production queries, and escalates complex issues to the Production Manager. • Organize and plan Coalville build kits and fabricated components. • Track finished goods and manage docket receipt. • Plan fabrications shortages from Cookstown site and Paint shop. • Support quality‑control procedures and uphold safety standards. • Input and maintain accurate production records, logs and reports. • Monitor progress and prepare status reports for management. • Schedule meetings, production timelines and maintain filing systems. • Prepare correspondence, presentations and other administrative materials. • Serve as primary contact for production queries and escalate issues. • Coordinate continuous‑improvement documentation and follow‑up with teams.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have prior experience in production or project coordination and strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with the MS Office suite and project‑management software, together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is required.
