CDL Container Driver
Operate a CDL truck to collect and dump waste containers on assigned routes.

About the Role
As a Driver/Operator you will safely operate a heavy‑duty truck on assigned routes, complying with OSHA, DOT and company standards. You will conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, keep the vehicle clean and safe, and complete all required documentation at the end of each route. • Operate the vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report and record any issues. • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to the Route Manager or Dispatch immediately. • Participate in scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required. • Collaborate with Route Managers to improve route efficiency and address problem or unsafe accounts. • Assist other drivers and perform duties assigned by Route Manager or Dispatch. • Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Route Manager. • Dump containers cleanly, position them correctly on the customer’s property, and ensure lids are replaced. • Complete and submit customer tickets for excess yardage removal. • Follow route assignments throughout the day and finalize documentation at route check‑in.

What You Bring
The role requires a Class B Commercial Driver’s License, a minimum age of 21, and at least one year of recent commercial driving or equivalent military experience. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The position involves regular standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching and handling of containers, as well as sitting and communicating with customers and dispatch. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. • Hold a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). • Be at least 21 years old. • Have a minimum of one year of commercial driving experience or equivalent military driving within the past seven years. • Be legally eligible to work in the United States. • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
