About the Role
The Senior Electrician will perform and direct various electrical installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs at client sites, ensuring work meets all JLL and client standards and guidelines. Key duties include monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining refrigeration, chilled water, HVAC, boilers, pumps, valves, piping, filters and other mechanical and electrical equipment; recording readings and making necessary adjustments; installing and repairing plumbing, piping, and tubing; wiring single‑ and three‑phase motors; running conduit and pulling wiring; installing and rebuilding pumps, motors, air compressors, and heat exchangers; replacing bearings and seals; and assisting mechanics and operators with major repairs. The role also requires compliance with hazardous‑material policies, maintaining a clean and safe workplace, troubleshooting and escalating issues, training new team members, and performing any other assigned tasks. • Perform electrical installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on client sites per JLL and client standards. • Monitor and adjust refrigeration, chilled water, HVAC, boilers, pumps, valves, and related mechanical/electrical equipment. • Install, repair, and rebuild motors, pumps, air compressors, heat exchangers, and associated piping and controls. • Run conduit, pull wiring, and wire single‑ and three‑phase motors. • Assist mechanics and operators with major equipment repairs and troubleshoot issues. • Train new team members and support team troubleshooting and issue escalation. • Maintain a clean, safe workplace and handle hazardous materials according to policy.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (trade school or vocational training preferred), an electrical license, and preferably five or more years of relevant experience. Candidates must have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to lift up to 50 lb, work in confined spaces, on ladders up to 28 ft, and on roofs, and possess the physical stamina for extended standing, walking, and bending. This position is onsite in Vienna, VA and does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Require high school diploma/GED; trade school and 5+ years relevant experience preferred; electrical license needed. • Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lb, working in confined spaces, on ladders up to 28 ft, and on roofs.
