About the Role
The role involves leading technical support for tendering and project execution, preparing bills of quantities, and participating in project review meetings. As technical lead, you will design offshore and onshore substation systems, develop power supply architectures and perform sizing calculations. You will also manage engineering activities, create work plans and cost estimates, and coordinate with internal and external partners, sales, tender management and commissioning teams. • Lead technical support for tendering and execution of customer projects, including bill of quantities preparation. • Serve as technical lead for overall design of offshore and onshore substations and develop power supply system architecture. • Manage all engineering activities, create work plans, and produce cost estimates for projects. • Coordinate with sales, tender management, project management, installation and commissioning teams, and external partners. • Prepare procurement specifications, evaluate supplier offers, and work with supply chain to source materials and equipment. • Support risk assessments, conduct safety observation tours, and report health, safety, and environment hazards. • Facilitate customer acceptance activities and respond to client queries.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold an Electrical Engineering degree and have at least five years of experience in power systems engineering within high‑ and medium‑voltage utility or industrial substations, with offshore experience required. Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and engage with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment. A solid knowledge of engineering techniques, processes, tools and BIM, together with a commitment to safe work practices and a proactive, curiosity‑driven attitude, is expected.
