About the Role

Kimberly‑Clark is looking for a GBS Automation & AI Lead who will help create Better Care for a Better World by bringing professional expertise, talent, and drive to build and manage its portfolio of iconic brands. In this role you will contribute to delivering better care for billions of people worldwide, starting with your own impact. Reporting to the Sr. Manager – Digital Solutions, Data & Analytics, you will lead enterprise‑grade Automation, AI/ML, and Agentic AI initiatives across GBS. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing solutions, providing expert guidance on AI governance, partnering with leaders and SMEs to set roadmaps, and ensuring compliance with global standards and data policies. • Lead design, development, and execution of enterprise‑grade Automation, AI/ML, and Agentic AI solutions. • Provide expert guidance on AI solution design, automation frameworks, model governance, and responsible AI principles. • Partner with GBS leaders, SMEs, and DTS to define AI roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives. • Ensure all AI and Automation solutions comply with global standards, risk frameworks, internal controls, and data governance policies. • Drive agile delivery cycles from ideation through testing, deployment, and value realization. • Identify automation opportunities using Power BI, Celonis, and process‑mining platforms. • Coach GBS teams on AI literacy, responsible GenAI/Agentic AI usage, and develop training modules. • Collaborate with Global Process Owners to create transformation roadmaps and embed scalable automation. • Support change‑management initiatives to accelerate AI adoption and foster a culture of innovation. • Align AI platform architecture and tools with GBS business needs, industry standards, and market trends. • Enhance analytics, reporting, desktop automation, and process‑mining capabilities as business needs evolve. • Design process health metrics and readiness assessments for new migrations and intelligent automation opportunities.

What You Bring

The role requires strong analytical abilities, hands‑on experience with AI frameworks, machine‑learning model development, and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. You should also have solid knowledge of generative and agentic AI, RPA tools like Blue Prism, and analytics platforms including Celonis, Power BI, Tableau, and VBA, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder‑influence skills. Automation and AI are strategic capabilities for GBS, driving reduced complexity, higher efficiency, stronger controls, and scalable digital‑first operations across regions and functions such as Accounting‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Order‑to‑Cash. Your work will support transformation roadmaps, change‑management initiatives, and continuous improvement across the global business services organization. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, with at least three years of recent AI solutions development experience. Proven leadership in AI/automation programs within a GBS or global shared‑services environment, proficiency in relevant tools and languages, strong problem‑solving and facilitation abilities, and fluent English are required.
