About the Role

• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance for community common areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and service requests. • Assist with make‑ready turnover processes and schedule related maintenance activities. • Maintain swimming pools, clean them, and keep accurate chemical logs. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and other features to identify and address hazards. • Uphold the preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce future repairs. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA safety standards. • Support the hazard communications program and promote safe work practices. • Document service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, preventative maintenance, and make‑ready status accurately. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and report community rule violations. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and consistently represent the community positively. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring

• Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and possess basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 100+ lb, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and handling outdoor weather conditions. • Must have reliable transportation for on‑call emergency duties.
