About the Role

As a Human Resources Summer Intern, you will support the HR team across three centers of excellence: Benefits & Compensation, Learning & Development, and Recruitment & Retention. You will learn from others and contribute innovative solutions while working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. • Format job descriptions for Benefits & Compensation • Enter HRIS data in ADP • Assign training via LMS (Vector Solution) • Support firmwide rollout and new‑hire sessions of Core Strengths – SDI • Assist implementation of Recruitment dashboard • Clean up Greenhouse ATS entries • Attend lunch‑and‑learn sessions • Discreet handling of sensitive information
