• All leads provided; no cold calling or door knocking; 2‑3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments per day • Learn primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills • Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet sales goals/quotas • Positivity, flexibility, determination, and persuasive personality • Hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales experience a plus • Strong ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline • Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt • Public speaking confidence and poise • Approachable demeanor • Own reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license
