About the Role
In this role you will work alongside the Quality Manager to develop quality standards and produce quality plans that ensure parts and products meet and exceed customer expectations. • Maintain a high standard of customer service by keeping reporting and tracking procedures up to date. • Follow Quality Systems requirements for accurate record keeping for internal and external customers. • Develop and maintain standardized work instructions for manufacturing and construction teams and capture customer documentation needs. • Support creation of Process Failure and Effects Analysis to identify critical production risks and document changes. • Complete applicable training for competency and awareness. • Meet all RK employee requirements as outlined in the handbook. • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

What You Bring
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related discipline. • High School Diploma required. • Strong computer skills, particularly in spreadsheet and office software. • Excellent communication skills and ability to implement new procedures and regulations.
