About the Role

Xcel Energy is seeking one or more Apprentice Linemen for its Western Service Center in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $36.19 (2025 wage) with step‑based increases up to 95 % of journeyman pay. Applications will be accepted from January 26, 2026 through February 13, 2026.
