About the Role
The position focuses on end‑to‑end UX and product design, covering research, discovery, wireframing, prototyping, high‑fidelity hand‑off, and production reviews, while also contributing to team operations and growth through collaboration and established routines. • Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user interfaces. • Mentor junior designers in creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI components. • Lead the definition and prioritization of product-specific design requirements aligned with business goals. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver solutions and present designs to stakeholders. • Conduct user testing, analyze findings, and iterate designs accordingly. • Support design and product strategy, including feature planning and implementation. • Facilitate collaborative workshops and design-thinking sessions.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with a degree in human‑computer interaction, design, psychology, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Required experience includes 3‑5 years designing software and digital products and 1‑3 years conducting user research to translate needs into design solutions. Candidates must have a strong understanding of user‑centered design methodologies, design systems, and be able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
