Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline and have completed at least one year of study. Recent graduates planning to continue with a master's degree are also eligible, provided they have an interest in advanced study after the internship. Preferred applicants have experience with a large general contractor, previous AECOM internship exposure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other construction‑related software.
