About the Role
Key duties include developing techniques to detect issues in existing services, creating BI reports and dashboards, and collecting, consolidating and transforming data from multiple sources. You will support teams in analysing results, collaborate on IT and data solutions, provide day‑to‑day support, and automate manual processes. • Develop tools to identify potential issues in existing services. • Create business intelligence reports and interactive dashboards. • Collect, collate, and transform data from diverse sources. • Assist teams in analyzing results and provide day‑to‑day solution support. • Design and implement automation for manual processes. • Use SQL, Kusto, and Python for data interrogation. • Work with Databricks, Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure services (storage, Logic Apps, Data Factory). • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers. • Contribute to a safety‑first, inclusive culture with continuous learning opportunities.

What You Bring
The Service Integrity team in Civil Aerospace is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance Engine Health Monitoring and Lifing services. You will use Azure Data Explorer, Databricks, Power BI, Application Insights and SQL Server to develop tools that improve data reliability and service effectiveness. The role requires strong IT skills, proficiency in SQL, Kusto and Python, and experience with Databricks, Power BI and SQL Server. Familiarity with Azure services such as storage accounts, Logic Apps and Data Factory is desirable, as is knowledge of EHM snapshot data. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement are also essential.
