About the Role
As an ETO Planning Transformation Expert, you will play a critical role in enabling tool adoption, process execution, and performance improvement across manufacturing plants within your scope. This position is designed for a dynamic leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering measurable results. You will ensure the right team, tools, and competencies are in place to achieve best‑in‑class planning and supply chain performance. You will report to the ETO Transformation Leader and work closely with manufacturing plants to support execution, validate targets, and assist in creating actionable plans and pipelines. The role also includes Level 1 support for planning tools, helping plants maximize digital tool benefits, and driving focus on the right processes with appropriate prioritization. Additionally, you will lead transformation initiatives, track adoption of new processes and tools, and provide hands‑on support to realize their benefits. • Support execution and performance improvement at manufacturing plants, ensuring actionable plans and pipelines. • Validate performance targets and assist plants in creating realistic improvement initiatives. • Provide Level 1 support for planning tools and help plants maximize digital tool benefits. • Drive prioritization of critical processes and lead transformation initiatives within plants. • Track adoption of new processes and tools, delivering hands‑on support to achieve expected benefits.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree—preferably in engineering, supply chain, statistics, economics, operations, or business—and have at least five years of experience in supply chain management, supply planning, demand planning, or vendor forecasting. A proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and driving continuous‑improvement initiatives is required. Technical expertise should include advanced knowledge of SIOP processes, Lean methodologies, and long‑term supply chain strategy implementation, as well as hands‑on experience with planning software such as Kinaxis, SAP, or Oracle and data‑analytics tools like Tableau. High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also expected. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential, including the ability to simplify processes, enable decision‑making in complex environments, and foster teamwork across organizational levels. Analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a knack for identifying automation opportunities are also valued. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required for effective stakeholder management and engagement at all levels.
