About the Role

• Oversee marketing tour paths and target apartment viewings. • Ensure rent‑ready units, model homes, and community amenities are immaculate. • Manage mini‑model items, placement, and presentation. • Answer incoming calls, convert them to walk‑in traffic, and schedule viewings. • Record and input all leasing traffic daily. • Respond promptly to resident and prospect calls and emails. • Tour prospective residents with energy, promoting the “Weidner way.” • Facilitate the application process and improve conversion ratios. • Review and process applications immediately upon receipt. • Communicate application results respectfully and timely. • Guide approved applicants through the Weidner Move‑In Experience. • Meet regularly with the Community Director to review performance and adjust strategies. • Assist with monthly financial performance reports and budget management. • Manage lease renewals and promote resident retention. • Conduct monthly market analysis and monitor competitor properties. • Implement daily marketing and leasing strategies. • Coordinate leasing team activities across People, Product, Price, and Promotion. • Supervise the leasing team in the absence of the Community Director. • Maintain clean, market‑ready apartments, common areas, and amenities. • Handle resident correspondence while protecting confidential information. • Accompany vendors to units as needed and document service requests. • Collect rents, deposits, and fees; ensure accurate recording. • Uphold company key‑logging and storage procedures. • Promote safety, PPE use, and promptly address hazards or emergencies.

What You Bring

A successful candidate manages time effectively, pays close attention to detail, and delivers excellent customer service to residents, associates, and vendors. The position also requires accountability, thorough communication, and adherence to safety and company policies. • Minimum 3 years leasing experience with strong customer service. • Prior management experience preferred. • Ability to work safely, efficiently, and in a fast‑paced environment. • Strong communication skills in person, phone, email, and text. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi and Paycom experience a plus. • Reliable attendance, professional appearance, and adherence to dress code. • Ability to work independently or within a team and occasional overtime. • Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance. • Willingness to undergo background check and voluntary drug testing. • Ability to be assigned to other Weidner properties as needed.
