About the Role
The Warranty Administrator enrolls equipment in Trimble Protection Plans and extended service coverage, reviews and processes work orders and warranty claims, and ensures accurate invoicing and claim settlements according to SITECH/Trimble guidelines. They also provide quotes for fleet protection plans, track claim status, expedite pending items, and handle claims from other vendors in the SITECH Northeast portfolio. Creating renewal strategies to capture post‑sale warranty business and processing subscription plan activations and renewals are also key responsibilities. • Enroll equipment in Trimble Protection Plans and Extended Service coverage. • Review, process, and invoice work orders with valid warranty claims. • Process claims promptly following SITECH/Trimble guidelines and verify settlements. • Provide quotes for customer fleet Protection Plans. • Maintain visibility of claim status and expedite as needed. • Process claims from other vendors in the SITECH Northeast portfolio. • Create renewal strategy to capture post‑sale warranty business before plan expiration. • Activate and renew other subscription plans.
