About the Role

This position supports the sales force by providing timely responses to customer needs, organizing internal and external events, preparing key metric reports, and expediting the contract booking process. Core responsibilities include maintaining CRM data integrity, ensuring complete contract documentation, preparing proposals and presentations, managing sales collateral, and offering backup customer call handling and general administrative support. • Assist sales force with timely responses to customer needs • Organize internal and external events for customers • Prepare and maintain key metric reports using Excel and Power BI • Expedite contract booking by managing credit holds, account setups, and documentation • Maintain CRM database integrity, including forecasts and opportunity assignments • Ensure contract paperwork completeness (letters of intent, bid bonds, insurance certificates, etc.) • Create customer proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and sales collateral • Manage stock of sales brochures and supplies • Coordinate customer visits to branch or headquarters • Provide backup customer call handling and general sales administration support • Prioritize activities based on financial impact to business goals

What You Bring
