About the Role
The Program Project Manager III leads the planning, execution, and success of large, multi‑year programs, systems development, and technology initiatives that are vital to agency needs. The role defines program scope, negotiates resources, and establishes technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and cost controls. It also involves directing the technical approach and ensuring alignment with government objectives. The position is remote and contingent on contract award. • Provide senior‑level leadership and oversight for the SCAMPI System of Systems support contract, coordinating closely with Government leadership. • Own contract performance, managing cost, schedule, scope, risk, and resources. • Act as the principal contractor representative and trusted advisor to the Government Project Manager and Contracting Officer Representative. • Direct and integrate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors across engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and installation. • Establish and maintain program plans, performance metrics, and governance processes to ensure contractual compliance and mission success. • Lead risk management, issue resolution, and corrective actions, proactively mitigating programmatic and technical risks. • Oversee preparation and delivery of program reports, briefings, and data calls with executive‑level quality. • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, security policies, and Government standards. • Support strategic planning, continuous process improvement, and customer engagement to achieve long‑term program objectives.

What You Bring
Work is primarily performed indoors in a sedentary setting, though occasional outdoor exposure to temperature extremes may occur. The role may require occasional travel and occasional physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lb, and climbing stairs or ladders. A valid driver’s license and the ability to protect confidential information are required. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial discipline. • Minimum 15 years of professional program/project management experience. • Active TS/SCI security clearance. • Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record. • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background and drug checks. • Preferred: PMP certification and experience in AV management within government contracting.
