About the Role
Project Managers handle commissions of varying sizes, depending on project complexity, and are responsible for establishing success criteria, governance, planning, procurement, team leadership, performance monitoring, change control, finances, and client communication. • Define project success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters • Ensure line manager awareness of quality, safety, health, and environmental issues • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems • Create detailed project plans and schedules • Advise on procurement of resources • Lead and facilitate cross‑functional project teams • Apply performance management techniques to monitor progress • Manage change control processes • Monitor and advise on project finances • Coordinate information flow between team and client via meetings and written communications • Prepare formal progress reports and documentation • Interface with client and consultants throughout all project stages • Promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity for all employees • Encourage employee voice and ability to affect change

What You Bring
The successful candidate will have a B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch in Civil engineering (or related) and 8‑10 years of experience in a construction consultancy in India, with strong technical and communication skills. A relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
