Solution Architect Record To Report (SAP-Controlling)

About the Role

As a Solution Architect for SAP Service Management, you will be responsible for the design, integrity and quality of the SAP solution, managing Level 2 incidents and coordinating Level 3 changes with service providers and product teams, while ensuring the solution delivers required functionality and meets business requirements. You will define the technical SAP solution, aligning it with other modules and integrated applications through close collaboration with fellow Solution Architects, and conduct requirements engineering to identify standard functionalities, needed enhancements, or acceptable workarounds. In partnership with project owners, business functions and functional consultants, you will validate and prioritize incoming business demands, translate functional designs into detailed functional and technical specifications, and communicate these specifications clearly to developers. Your role includes participating in unit testing, supporting user acceptance testing and defect resolution, and establishing rules, principles and guidelines to guarantee robust, compliant technical solutions that meet performance, reliability, security and other non‑functional requirements. Staying current on emerging SAP technologies and industry best practices, you will share knowledge within the SAP Centre of Excellence, maintain comprehensive solution documentation and training materials, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service operations. What You Bring
