About the Role
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B leaders to set high culinary standards and drive continuous improvement. • Deliver exceptional service and clear communication to members, guests, and team members. • Greet guests promptly, anticipate needs, and respond urgently to enhance their experience. • Prepare and serve craft cocktails and beverages according to recipes, pour ratios, and company standards. • Recommend beverages and wine pairings based on guest preferences and menu items. • Process transactions accurately in the POS system, issue checks, and close sales per policy. • Keep bar and storage areas clean, stock daily, monitor perishables, and uphold food safety standards. • Remain calm and focused during peak periods.

What You Bring
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and accommodate food allergies and special requests. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. • Have at least one year of bartending experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end setting. • Know HACCP and local food safety regulations; obtain a State Food Safety Certificate if needed. • Demonstrate strong wine and beverage knowledge. • Exhibit extraordinary attention to detail, quality, and service. • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; tolerate long shifts as business demands. • Show positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills. • Function effectively in a team environment. • Possess proficient English skills; additional languages are a plus. • Meet physical demands: stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and work outdoors in all weather conditions for 8+ hours.
