About the Role
The CSR I will handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and text, providing information on products, services, and company policies. Assigned to a set schedule that aligns with business needs, the representative ensures adequate coverage during peak times while delivering friendly and effective service. • Serve as primary contact for customer service issues via phone, email, chat, and text. • Provide friendly, efficient assistance and promote self‑service options. • Resolve product or service complaints by diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and following up. • Update customer accounts, process new accounts, disputes, closures, and refunds. • Meet or exceed productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards. • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain a quiet, secure remote workspace and adhere to flexible 8‑hour shifts, including rotating Saturdays.

What You Bring
